RV dealers may have their own employees working as RV inspectors. These employees may or may not be certified, and they may not even have received formal training. Many dealers have RV Technicians performing inspections on used RV's or Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) on new units.
What is almost certain is that any or all of these employees are extremely busy and/or overworked, or may have higher priority duties.
